National Right to Life Statement on 10-year-old Rape Victim Who Received an Abortion
WASHINGTON — The following statement can be attributed to Carol Tobias, President, National Right to Life:
No child should ever go through such tragic abuse as was reportedly perpetrated on this girl by a criminal in this country illegally. Those who commit such crimes should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Not only has a child been abused in one of the worst ways imaginable, this has also cost another child their life.
It is doubly tragic that this girl is being used as a pawn by the pro-abortion movement for political purposes. We urge all Americans to pray for the victim and her family.
