Love the Baby Humans. 

They Can’t Speak for Themselves!  

This is a historic time at South Carolina Citizens for Life. Never have we received this level of financial support.  We have relied on our Proudly Pro-Life Dinner, Midlands Gives, and our monthly pledge donations, all of which have allowed us to do extraordinary work and meet our year-end budgets as a non-profit pro-life organization.  

That is why we are asking you to donate to our $25,000 “Love the Baby Humans” Matching Gift Campaign Phase 2.

SCCL President Lisa Van Riper, overwhelmed by the outpouring of love towards our organization, thought it fitting to begin our campaign in the month of February – the time of year we focus on love. Reaching the younger generation is of primary importance to South Carolina Citizens for Life because the future is in their hands.

While at the March for Life in Washington, D.C, I was inspired by all the young adults who had traveled many miles to advocate both passionately and peacefully for the unborn. Gen Z and Alpha represented more than half of the crowd.

Many of them carried bags with the words  “Save the Baby Humans” with a sad turtle face on it (like this sticker image) since baby humans do not share the same protection as baby turtles in most states.  That is true in South Carolina! Baby turtles and other developing wildlife have legal protection that is denied to our unborn babies!

We have chosen a colorful Valentine theme for our campaign “Love the Baby Humans”. They Can’t Speak for Themselves. And we need your support in February, the month of love, to reach our goal. Any financial gift you can give -- $500 or $25 or $50 – any amount helps save the unborn baby humans.

 Your support is about more than money.  It’s about the expansion of our voice and the acceleration of protection for the innocent, unborn baby humans in South Carolina.  Along with that expansion of our voice, we need to grow in bringing the next gens of South Carolina who are passionate to this issue alongside us for what lies before us today and tomorrow!

• Help us get the word out.  Please share our “Love the Baby Humans” posts and videos that will be featured on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, as well as the letters and emails that we send out. 
• Donate to our $25,000 “Love the Baby Humans” Matching Gift Campaign-Phase 2.  

Let’s put what God has blessed us with financially into action as we enter the new pro-life era in which we are free to restore legal protection to the unborn members of our human family.
