Kahliyah applied for the SCCL internship which she found on LinkedIn, the social media outlet for professionals and aspiring professionals across many disciplines. She describes herself as a “passionate emerging PR, communications, and entertainment
professional.”
“I am pro-life because I believe that every human life is deserving of protection regardless of age or circumstance,” she said. “What I am most excited about is to learn more about the pro-life movement and to take what I’ve learned to share with my peers and to advocate for the movement as
well.”
Kahliyah’s interests include her experience as a camp counselor at Camp Westminster where she worked to create an environment for children to grow in their faith. “I served others through ministry and community with fellow staff,” she said. “My responsibilities included leading Bible studies,
supervising a group of campers through the day, and encouraging personal growth through on-on-one porch time.”
Kahliyah was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). She served as Vice President of Membership and Secretary/Treasurer with the Kennesaw PRSSA.
