Why H. 4760 Matters
H. 4760 strengthens oversight by elevating abortion-inducing drugs from “prescription-only” status (like antibiotics) to a scheduled drug
classification, recognizing their serious risks. The bill also establishes criminal and civil penalties for unlawfully mailing, dispensing, or providing abortion-inducing drugs to women.
