The State Senate Medical Affairs Subcommittee hearing the Heartbeat Bill (H3020) has extended the deadline to Tuesday October 8, 2019, to receive written testimony.
If you have not submitted written testimony or if you know someone, especially a medical professional, who wants to submit written testimony in favor of passing the Heartbeat Bill, you have until Tuesday October 8, 2019.

To all interested parties:
The subcommittee on H. 3020 was originally planned for Octobere 8. It is now tentatively scheduled for the 22nd - you will receive official notice in a timely manner. For those wishing to submit written comments, you were originally advised that the deadline was October
1.
In light of the meeting being moved, the deadline for public comment has been extended to October 8 at 5:00pm.
