In a Biden Presidency, the Losers Would be Unborn Children
New Pro-Life Legislators in the House and Re-Election of Leaders in the Senate Give Hope for Pro-Life Protections and Policies
WASHINGTON -- As the nation waits for final tabulations, recounts, and official
certifications of vote totals, former Vice President Joe Biden has claimed that he would represent all Americans as president. However, he and his administration would fail to protect the most vulnerable among us: the unborn child. In fact, his administration would be the most pro-abortion administration in history.
“Both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris support radical abortion policies,” said Carol Tobias, president of the National Right to Life Committee. “A Biden/Harris Administration would work to roll back protective
legislation such as the Hyde Amendment and try to force taxpayers to pay for abortion on demand.”
Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris supported the Democratic platform of unlimited abortion even through birth. President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence have diligently worked to protect America’s unborn children and their
mothers.
Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris were endorsed by NARAL Pro-Choice America and Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest chain of abortion clinics. In their release endorsing Joe Biden, NARAL pointed out that a Biden/Harris presidency
would “expand access” to abortion.
Joe Biden would be the abortion president. He has pledged to promote abortion on demand and reverse pro-life laws and policies. Joe Biden promised he would:
enshrine abortion on demand in federal law;
appoint justices who will uphold abortion on demand;
reverse the Trump Administration’s pro-life policies;
reverse President Trump’s Title X rule that prevents pro-abortion groups from promoting or referring for abortions;
promote abortion around the world by reversing the Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance program which prevents federal taxpayer dollars from being used by abortion groups to perform or promote abortion overseas;
abolish the Hyde Amendment which prevents federal tax dollars from being used to pay for abortions except in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother.
“The Democratic Party did not experience the “Blue Wave” they were promised by media reports and polling companies. Significant pro-life gains in the House of Representatives would help us defend and protect women and their unborn babies,” said Tobias. “We are looking forward to working with re-elected Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to protect pro-life policies made possible under President Donald Trump.”
President Trump and Vice President Pence were endorsed for re-election in July 2019 by National Right to Life.
“From his first day in office, President Trump and his Administration were dedicated to advancing policies that protect the fundamental right to life for the unborn, the elderly, and the medically dependent and disabled,” said Tobias. “The Trump Administration’s pro-life work is unparalleled.”
